1. We are based in Ann Arbor, MI and do not outsource synthetic work overseas unless are explicitly authorized to do so by the sponsor. We compete with other US based incumbents which do not always adhere to the same standards. We are often outbid on FFS projects because the competitor outsources a major part of the work overseas.

2. We excel in problem solving and communication but we are not the low cost service provider. We are recognized for delivering superior value to discerning clients.

3. We conduct thorough due diligence prior to presenting a proposal and it takes our chemists substantive effort to ensure thoughtful and balanced presentation.
