FHL2 Antibody (C-term) Blocking Peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 2274
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: FHL2
  • Other Names: Four and a half LIM domains protein 2, FHL-2, LIM domain protein DRAL, Skeletal muscle LIM-protein 3, SLIM-3, FHL2, DRAL, SLIM3
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: LIM proteins contain a highly conserved double zinc finger motif called the LIM domain. FHL2 may function as a molecular transmitter linking various signaling pathways to transcriptional regulation. It negatively regulates the transcriptional repressor E4F1 and may function in cell growth.
  • Bio References: Ding,L., et.al., J. Clin. Invest. 119 (2), 349-361 (2009)
  • Primary Accession: Q14192
  • Targetspecificity: The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP6878b was selected from the C-term region of human FHL2. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
