Abeomics
DESCRIPTION
Source: Escherichia Coli.Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.PLGF is a growth factor active in angiogenesis, and endothelial cell growth, stimulating their proliferation and migration. It binds to receptor vegfr-1/flt1.Placental Growth Factor-1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, disulfide-linked homodimer consisting of 2x132 amino acid polypeptide chains, having a total molecular mass of approximately 29.7kDa. PLGF1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
