NOXA1 Antibody (C-term) Blocking Peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 10811
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: NOXA1
  • Other Names: NADPH oxidase activator 1, NOX activator 1, Antigen NY-CO-31, NCF2-like protein, P67phox-like factor, p51-nox, NOXA1, P51NOX
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: NADPH oxidases (NOXs) catalyze the transfer of electrons from NADPH to molecular oxygen to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS). The NOX activator NOXA1 can stimulate both NOX1 (MIM 300225) and NOX2 (CYBB; MIM 300481), but it appears to be more effective in activating NOX1 (Opitz et al., 2007 [PubMed 17189823]).[supplied by OMIM].
