DUSP23 Antibody (C-term) Blocking Peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 54935
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: DUSP23
  • Other Names: Dual specificity protein phosphatase 23, Low molecular mass dual specificity phosphatase 3, LDP-3, VH1-like phosphatase Z, DUSP23, LDP3, VHZ
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: DUSP23 is a protein phosphatase that mediates dephosphorylation of proteins phosphorylated on Tyr and Ser/Thr residues. In vitro, it can dephosphorylate p44-ERK1 (MAPK3) but not p54 SAPK-beta (MAPK10) in vitro. This protein is able to enhance activation of JNK and p38 (MAPK14).
  • Bio References: Gregory,S.G., et.al.,Nature 441 (7091), 315-321 (2006)
  • Primary Accession: Q9BVJ7
  • Targetspecificity: The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP6749b was selected from the C-term region of human DUSP23. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
