DESCRIPTION
Buffer W (10x) is a 10x concentrated wash buffer for Strep-Tactin® and Strep-Tactin®XT resins. It removes unbound molecules from the affinity chromatography matrix during Strep-tag®II and Twin-Strep-tag® fusion protein purification.
