COG4 Antibody (C-term) Blocking Peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 25839
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: COG4
  • Other Names: Conserved oligomeric Golgi complex subunit 4, COG complex subunit 4, Component of oligomeric Golgi complex 4, COG4
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: Multiprotein complexes are key determinants of Golgi apparatus structure and its capacity for intracellular transport and glycoprotein modification. Several complexes have been identified, including the Golgi transport complex (GTC), the LDLC complex, which is involved in glycosylation reactions, and the SEC34 complex, which is involved in vesicular transport. These 3 complexes are identical and have been termed the conserved oligomeric Golgi (COG) complex, which includes COG4.

  • Primary Accession: Q9H9E3
  • Targetspecificity: The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7430b was selected from the C-term region of human COG4. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
