DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 5031
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: P2RY6
  • Other Names: P2Y purinoceptor 6, P2Y6, P2RY6
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: The product of this gene belongs to the family ofG-protein coupled receptors. This family has several receptorsubtypes with different pharmacological selectivity, which overlapsin some cases, for various adenosine and uridine nucleotides. Thisreceptor is responsive to UDP, partially responsive to UTP and ADP,and not responsive to ATP. Four transcript variants encoding thesame isoform have been identified for this gene.
